We strictly comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512) ("DMCA"), the European Union Directive 2000/31/EC (E-Commerce Directive), and applicable Dutch copyright laws.
Our policy is to respond promptly to clear, legitimate notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the requirements of the DMCA and relevant intellectual property frameworks.
IPTV Dark operates in strict compliance with international copyright standards, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), European Union Copyright Directives, and applicable Dutch digital services legislation. We respect the valid intellectual property rights of content creators, copyright holders, and broadcast networks worldwide.
As a technical streaming provider and infrastructure routing service, we do not host, store, broadcast, or transmit unauthorized media files on our local web servers. All media data is streamed dynamically via licensed external network nodes and dedicated CDN relays.
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, and believe that any content accessible on or through https://iptvdrk.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA Notification of Claimed Infringement.
To ensure prompt processing by our legal department, your written notification must include the following information:
IPTV Dark provides network connection credentials (Xtream Codes API & M3U playlist routes) enabling users to connect their personal media applications (e.g. Smart TV, Firestick, TiviMate) to distant media servers. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(a) and EU Directive 2000/31/EC (e-Commerce Directive), technical routing intermediaries are protected under Safe Harbor provisions.
Upon receipt of a valid, fully compliant DMCA notice, IPTV Dark will take immediate action to disable or restrict access to the specific network endpoint identified in the notice within 24 to 48 hours.

If a subscriber or content manager believes that access to content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, a formal Counter-Notification may be filed under Section 512(g)(3) of the DMCA.
The Counter-Notice must include: your name, address, phone number, identification of the material removed, a statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief that removal was an error, and consent to local jurisdiction.
In accordance with the DMCA and EU digital guidelines, IPTV Dark enforces a strict Repeat Infringer Policy. Accounts, resellers, or streaming endpoints found to repeatedly infringe third-party intellectual property rights will have their service access permanently terminated without refund.
All brand names, channel logos, trademarks, and registered marks referenced on https://iptvdrk.com belong to their respective copyright and trademark owners. Reference to third-party devices (e.g. Samsung, LG, Firestick, Apple TV, Android) or apps (TiviMate, IPTV Smarters) is purely descriptive for technical compatibility purposes and does not constitute endorsement or partnership.
